Asbestos Injuries
Each year, thousands of Nevada workers suffer from various asbestos injuries, including many types of cancers linked to asbestos exposure. These, often fatal, diseases, were an avoidable risk that companies that used asbestos hid, ignored, and actively chose not to warn their employees about. For decades, companies put profits over the health of their workers and knowingly allowed them to be injured by asbestos.
Many workers are unaware that asbestos caused or contributed to their diagnosis. If you are a Nevada resident who has been diagnosed with one of these asbestos-related diseases, consider your work history and asbestos exposure risks. If asbestos contributed to your disease, you may be entitled to compensation.
